Mysore ashtange in NYC or Brooklyn?
Hello!
I'm very new to yoga. I'm very interested in mysore ashtanga and slightly unhappy with my current studio (there are 3 different instructors and one is obnoxious.) Do you have any recommendations in NYC or Brooklyn? Or advice about my current studio? Thank you!

Hi Glabella check out the Yoga People studio do you know those guys? They are on Remsen Street in Brooklyn. I've been once or twice and I really liked the Ashtanga that I practiced there (i've since moved on). Go to Elise's class she is awesome.
