Yoga for the road - easy poses that refresh and rejuvinate
I travel quite a bit and find that at the end of a hectic day if I take a few minutes to do a bit of yoga, I'm really rejuvinated. These are my top 6 poses that always make me feel better:
1. Wide legged sqwat - Malasana - with hands in prayer position
2. Cow pose - Gomukhasana - but with hands stretched out in front of me on the floor
3. Wide legged standing forward bend - prasarita padottanasana - hands on the floor in front of me
4. Spinal twist - sitting on a chair or on the floor
5. Supta baddha konasana - reclining on my back soles of my feet together knees out wide
6. My favourite - legs up the wall - viparita karania
