Did anyone go to the Asia yoga conference in Hong Kong at the beginning of June? I'd love to hear more about it and what the highlights were.

I went to this amazing conference and thoroughly enjoyed it - although I wished it could have gone on and on!

I particularly loved my 6:30 start on the first day with several hundred other enthusiastic Ashtangis being led in practice by Sharath, grandson of Pattabhi Jois. I was near the back of the room but it didn't matter, it often seemed as though we were breathing as one. Sharath's steady counting kept my breath even and calm. Just a fantastic experience.
