Has anyone heard Bhagavan Das's new album of chants? I just love his world music, he's such a gentle soul and undoubtedly the 'golden voice'.

I've been reading some reviews, and it sounds amazing: "Bhagavan Das's new CD brings the pure sounds of his devotional chanting to the listener, bridging the gap between Now's loops and samples and Sunset Kirtans' raw unrefined sound". Phew!

Anyone else out there into this guy?

He is amazing! My favourite CD of his is 'Sunset Kirtan' - it's pretty wild and crazy and I'm also really into 'Mt Vision' which is pretty esoteric, like a shamanic journey.

I can't wait to hear his new album 'Golden Voice' (he aparently plays his Ektra in it). He's such an inspiration.
