Hi Tinyninja welcome to YogaTalk! Good to have you join our online community of yogis and yoginis!

Have you been to the yoga show before? It's fantastic - and I agree, Friday is always the best day as there seem to be less people around AND you get to check out the styles/teachers that you're into. I'm loving the free yoga classes!!!

Is there any style that you're particularly interested in checking out? (personally I'm interested in finding out more about jivamukti).

Have fun

The YOGA Show - Workshop Information

Oi Fellas! Reckon that yoga’s only for six-stone birds in Madonna videos? Well think again. Trev the Yogic Builder will teach all you fellas out there how yoga can benefit the key aspects of a man’s life - like visits to the pub, going down the footie and even popping into work. Ladies- you’re welcome to come along as well - with OR without your man- ‘cos Trev will be showing you loads of poses to keep your fella in shape.

After a nationwide tour of UK pubs & clubs to promote his DVD “Yoga 4 Fellas”, Trev is back to preach his gospel of beer, fags and pranayama. “Life’s about havin’ your cake and eating it,” he says “and then using yoga to deal with the indigestion.”
