Default Headache relief

Are there any yoga poses that are particularly good to cure headaches? I've been getting them quite a bit recently and someone mentioned that yoga might be good to help this? I'm a bit skeptical (sp) because I've had the experience of yoga bringing them on in the past, I think it was more upside down poses. Anyway if anyone knows anything I'd be interested to hear more.

sometimes if I go to yoga with a headache, I notice that during the pose it goes away... then when I'm standing still, or going into our out of a pose, it comes back!

I know that "shashankasana" is very good. Sit on your heels (in vajrasana) and as you inhale, raise both arms above the head, keeping them straight and shoulder width apart. Exhaling bend forward from the hips, keeping arms straight. Go all the way till your reach the floor with your hands, arms and forehead.
If you can't reach the forehead to the floor, have a bolster or blanket in front of you and rest the forehead onto it.
Stay in the pose as long as comfortable, breathing easily and visualising that the pain is being absorbed by the Earth and that your head is becoming pain free.

All the relaxation poses like savasana might be also good as well as yoga nidra.
I would definitely avoid anything strenuous or quick sudden movements, that usually worsens the headache.
Hope it helps!!!
