Default Neck strain

I hurt my neck doing a head stand last week and I was wondering if there are any good stretches that might help it get better, or maybe it is better to just leave it alone and rest for a bit? I did this nearly 5 days ago and it's just now feeling a bit better, but I don't want to go back to my class and have it get bad again. Any ideas or suggestions would be great.

It's really easy to hurt your neck, you can do it even without trying. If it's sore you could always go back to your classes but just don't throw it back or do anything that's going to make it worse. You know what it's like, so if it hurts (or there is something that feels like it's gonna hurt) then don't do it.
