Should yoga be avoided in case of ripped muscle tissue in the very recent past? what kind of caution is important?

Default Ripped Muscle Tissue.

It would be advisable to consult a medical professional before doing any kind of physical exercise with ripped muscle tissue. Referring back to Patanjalis 8 limbs - (Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Deanna, Samadhi) the first of the Yamas being Ahimsa which loosely translated means "Non-violence." I reckon we can all learn from this one by applying it to ourselves. So go gently, take the advise of a physiotherapist or yoga therapist. Remember in Yoga "No pain, No pain."

Shanti.

I agree with Spectrum (I like your 'no pain, no pain' - I'll be using that, thank u... )

Tapasya - if you have pain and you've ripped somthing then go see a doctor and get it checked out. If you're body is hurtin' then there's probably a reason! Get better and then come back to your practise when you feel well and ready.
