This is awesome, very inspiring. It makes me remember why I love it so much and why I love to teach it. You really give back doing yoga, For me it is the best thing I have ever done for myself. It brought my true self out into the world and realizing I have so much to give. Yoga is a precious gift that is accessable to all!

It is but isn't it interesting what gets people into yoga. I've found when I look at my new students that usually they are going through some sort of cross roads in their life and they're looking to try and manage something be it their weight, stress, and injury or whatever. I guess it doesn't matter how it happens as long as it does. Usually they start with looking for a solution to one thing and then the world opens up and this whole other level appears.
