I spent some time in the US last year and my friend took me to a kundalini yoga class that she goes to regularly. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but certainly I thought it might be a sort of erotic yoga type of thing... but I was mistaken! For those of you that don't know much about it it's quite like Hatha - shame really!!!
