I'm coming down with something and I feel that my whole head is bunged up
. Is it advisable to go to yoga? I've heard my teacher talk to people who have come to yoga when they've been sick and had a head cold and they've congratulated them for getting there and using yoga to help them work it out of their system. Is this the general rule - to practice when sick? |

Depends how sick I suppose, if I'm coming down with a snot fest I'll do a couple of cleanses (Kunjal & Jala Neti) in the morning and see how I feel when I get to the mat - if its anything more serious then I'll generally leave out Asana for the day, maybe leave the meditation as well if i'm feeling really rough. Happens so rarely these days.
