Me too, I love it when I get told something that I do in class that's relevant to the outside world. Like with the breath. Most of us have pretty hectic lives and there is some degree of stress there. If you remember to extend your exhale (breathe in for 2 counts and breathe out for 4 counts), this calms down your nervous system, your adrenal glands slow down and the stress hormone cortosol is expelled from the body on the out breath.
If you're ever stressed or anxious just remember to lengthen the exhale. Good eh?
