Default Nadi Shodhana

Hi everyone - can anyone tell me how to do this again?

We did it in class this week and it worked! I have had trouble with this one before and never really got the point of it, but this time I felt really good afterwards, sort of calm and peaceful (that was right wasn't it, that's what you're supposed to feel?)

But I can't remember if we have to breathe in through the right or left nostril first. Help!
