My mum cut out an article and sent it to me from the Times in Scotland which announced that Bikram had arrived in Scotland! I was really surprised that this is such big news (it was a full page colour article about a 6 person studio opening up in a smallish town, not Edinburgh or Glasgow.) Apparently Andy Murray the tennis player has taken it up and now he's inspired others to follow. Is this right? Is Bikram a new concept in the UK?

wow too weird. I'm surprised, I thought bikram was big in the UK, clearly not (you'd think with all that bad weather they have that they'd like to get warm and snug in their bikram studio ). I know it's the most popular yoga in the world, with more people doing it than any other type of yoga.
