sometimes when I look in the mirror at my, or ther people's, refections... if they're against the right background (lighting, and if they're in in front of the bare wall or one of the murals)... I see a slight glowing around our outlines.

I don't know if it's an optical illusion or what.

Other times, I see like stars, but I figure that just means I'm about to pass out or something... but some people say it has something to do with the heart chakra opening up or some silly Indian nonsense

I'm not sure about the heart chakra, but you could be seeing auras. Are they different colours?

When you're in the zone and your feeling like your floating in that medititve state, the breathing in working, it's all going on this can happen. I think it had a lot to do with the light too, in that half light crazy things can happen. Most importantly does it feel good?
