Default Holiday blow-out

Ok so I've been a bit slack, I've been away for 3 weeks on holiday, eating and drinking, and then eating a bit more, with the occasional slide into the pool for a general lounge about float, then back out. I've done NOTHING and it's been GREAT. However now I'm back to reality and I've got to get my now rather large (sorry) ass back into it again and I'm kinda dreading my first class back. Any adivce for the sloth before I go at it again?

Please be kind

first class back isn't bad at all.

it's the 2nd class. so don't dread the first class back at all

it takes a while to switch your body off of lazy cycle & get it back to lean cycle.

over my honeymoon in October, then thanksgiving, then Christmas I put on like 10 pounds. took me 'till just a couple weeks ago to get my body feeling good again!

it takes a while.

but that first class back isn't so bad. you'll enjoy that one. I promise.

So what are you telling me I've got 1 and 2 to look forward to???? Great thanks A LOT . (just joshin' with you).

Actually I went last night. AWIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE she put me through my paces all right. It was hard, it was hot, it was massive (just how I like it ). Amazing how carrying a few extra pounds makes all the difference.

Really looking forward to number 2 (yeh thanks Johnny).

I'm back!

I did somethings sort of similar after Christmas, first class back was awful and acutally I was physically sick after class, (don't tell anyone! ) Thankfully not in the class though. Just reminded me that if I over do it then I pay later, but somehow I never seem to think of that at the time.

don't look at it as over doing it then paying later....

look at it as the yin & the yang

if you have the yin then you gotta have the yang!

Physically sick, phew you poor thing. It's all that extreme heat (oh yeh and all that over indulging ) can't be good for you. Take it easy out there, yoga does lots to us but this type of extream thing is not recommended.
