online yoga forum

Is it me or are the classes even more manic and busy than usual? There was another thread about this but I think it's even worse now it's January. Every class I've been going to (and I mean EVERY) are packed! We're stuck in like sardines.

If I didn't need it so much I'd just not go. Those new years resolutions must be getting everyone into gear.

those New Year's people always fade fast. it'll be cleared out by the middle of next month.

then it'll pick back up again just before spring break when all those people who quit realize they're still out of shape.

then summer will get going and they'll quit again.

lol Johnny that's harsh! But sadly I think you're right.

I was once one of those people that started doing yoga at the change of the seasons... then quit after one class.

but then the following year, at about the same time of year, I started again -and have going a few times a week ever since. that's been over 5 years now
