I've definitely been there in the past. What helped me was to bite the bullet and just go and do one class. Even if my mind was saying don't do it I just made myself go. Usually once I've gone back I realise why I love yoga and it gets me back into the spirit.
If that doesn't work, then take some time out, do something else that you love and have a break. Sooner or later when it feels right you'll come back to it. ![]()

just take it one moment at a time
sometimes we get overwhelmed when we think about the big picture just think about one little baby step at a time. if you just take one little step at a time you will be fine. if you progress to a place where you don't want to take even one little baby step, then stop right there... or even take a step back if you want. no worries ![]() |

pen and paper
make two lists of ten reasons why you really love and why you really hate yoga then make a list of all your bikrami friends of whom you have phone numbers phone up half of them and tell them how much you adore their gorgeous spirit etc and phone the other half and tell them you never want to see their smug auras ever again etc then listen to your inner voice for further instructions |
