I need at least a couple of hours after my evening class to relax and eat before I go to bed at night. I give myself a cut off time of 8pm, I can't do yoga beyond that or I never sleep.
Your body's changed it's rhythm, but for me the beauty of life is constantly shifting and changing, so I guess you could ask, why should this be any different!

My advice would be to go with it, could you do you classes in the morning or at lunchtime, or maybe even do an earlier class in the evening? Let us know how you go.
