Default Drinking during Bikram

Hi everyone, I have a question about drinking liquids during class. I've noticed that other people seem to drink different liquids and I was wondering if anyone had any tips for me, maybe some powders, gateraid or whatever to help me rehydrate and give me more energy during class. Has anyone tried anything other than water obviously that they feel works?

I've been wondering if there was something that might help me have better stamina during class... to not get so fatigued.... that I could drink either before or during class.

there's something called Emergen-C or something that people swear by.... not sure if you drink if before or during though....

hopefully someone will stop by & help us out... or maybe I'll ask around the studio

I put a few granules of natural sea salt in my water before class. I can't taste it but I was recommended to do this by a friend who is a real yogie and into ayurveda. It seems to work and it's cheap too!

Does anyone know if gatorade really works?
