It's been one year since I started bikram and I just can't imagine my life without it now. I've lost weight, toned up and become more flexible (well on the mat anyway

I still have tighthamstrings and I dream of the day I can do a forward bend without the wince

I just keep pushing through it and hope that one day it will be easier. I guess it's all about the journey. I just wanted to share this anniversary with you!
