Default salty sweat - be warned!

Just picking up from another thread. Johnny mentioned that if your sweat is salty it means you're dehydrated. I had no idea about this and thought other bikram yogies might be interested.

this might sound a bit weird but rather than whiping off sweat with a towel, you should rub it back into your skin. Then when you've finished the class you should have a shower straight away (rather than letting it dry on your skin).

Yeh this is right unbelievibly. It's not an urban myth.

When you sweat as much as you do in bikram you not only get rid of toxins but also good minerals secrete out of your skin too. This is not good! By rubbing the sweat back into your skin it helps to keep the good stuff in your body.
