yes, johnny, i also couldn't get a url link to work in another thread. can we link to other website pages?

meanwhile, here's a great site that shows most of the movements of Bikram's 26 poses. you'll have to copy/paste this address into your errr....address thingy. *

Bikramyoga Class Positions

click on the fifth button on the menu (those circles in circles) "the class". then click the button above "the 26 positions".

*EDIT: oh...it seems to be working now...just click the blue words.

sometimes I get so wrapped up in enlighting myself that I forget about enlightenment.

I'm sure that makes no sense to anyone but me , but thanks for reminding me to take a step back this week.

I'm in kentucky. we have thanksgiving too

I'm just sitting here and watching triangle over & over until it sinks in - keep the hips level and only rotate the torso!
