Anyone else swim and do ashtanga regularly?
I recently got back into the pool and I've found it has really helped (weirdly?!?) my practice. I feel more fluid and stronger and it's given me back a certain amount of 'freshness' (I have to admit as much as I love yoga, it's important every now and then to do something else to complement it or I can get a bit bored

). I"ve tried running and tennis but they just bulked up my muscles and I became so stiff! But swimming is a great fit. Anyone else found this to be the case too?
