I'd love some advice from anyone who has a regular ashtanga practise.
I currently have a mysore practise which I do about twice a week. I am serious about taking it to the next level and going deeper into my practise but the thought of getting the energy (and enthusiasum) to practise the primary series 5-6 days...now that's committment, and I find it hard to think about! Is this normal? Has anyone else been through this and if so, how did you deal with the transition? Suggestions welcome ![]() |
