Default Sometimes I dread my home practise

I've been doing ashtanga yoga for about 12 years and I love it, but I have have to admit that I sometimes during my first sequence of suranamaska I think - ahhhhhhh I'm so bored doing this - it takes quite a bit of discipline to get going.

Does anyone else have this problem - and any ideas??!!

I can relate to that. It is all about disciplne!! Have you heard of the yamas and niyamas? Tapas comes to mind which is the dsicpline of using ones energy to create enthusiasm within their practice (in this case) and life!

Yeh... totally - it's all about tapas, I find it HARD, it's a daily lesson. But it's great when I'm finished tho... (nothing like that yoga high )
