there's a couple parts to some of the poses that aren't in the pic... like in the second one, there's 4 parts to it - to the left, to the right, backwards, then forwards...

Hummm, so what happens if you're a beginner (like me) and then you're in the sequence but can't keep up, or does everyone do it at their own time?
