yeah, that's the whole sequence... same sequence each and every time. you do each pose twice then move on to the next one. start and stop. start and stop.

there's a couple parts to some of the poses that aren't in the pic... like in the second one, there's 4 parts to it - to the left, to the right, backwards, then forwards...

some people don't like that kind of repitition. I like it. it really frees my mind up. I never get bored or feel unchallanged either, because it's so hard to 'master' the whole sequence.

I can't really explain how it doesn't get boring. I guess I just get so in the moment... lost in the moment.... that I don't really want anything more.
